VMC series machine tools adopt a low center of gravity design, increase the span of the column, and widen the width of the Y-axis base to enhance the stability of the machine tool. By applying finite element analysis (FEM), the shape and position of the reinforcing ribs of the castings are optimized to achieve the best strength of the bed. Additionally, special reinforcement structures are implemented on the Y-axis base and the Z-axis column to ensure that the machine tool maintains good accuracy during long-term operation. At the same time, the bed structure is more conducive to heavy cutting, improving work efficiency and tool life.
The machine tool castings are made of HT300 high-grade material, which features high strength, strong resistance to deformation and excellent shock absorption capacity. After vibration aging and secondary tempering processes, the stress is eliminated, providing excellent dimensional stability and durability.
