VS150 Heavy-Duty Vertical Machining Center with HT300 High-Grade Castings BT40 Spindle Taper and 8000/12000 RPM Spindle Speed
The VS series is a heavy-duty vertical machining center designed for superior performance. All models feature 6 sliders on the X-axis, 4 roller linear guides with 8 sliders on the Y-axis, and a Z-axis column with increased installation foot span for enhanced stability and machining capability.
Machine Structure
The VS series is engineered with a low center of gravity, anti-distortion design, anti-creep features, and optimized for heavy cutting with high material removal rates.
  • Finite element analysis (FEM) optimized casting design with reinforced ribs for maximum bed strength
  • Special reinforcement structures on Y-axis base and Z-axis column for heavy cutting applications
  • HT300 high-grade castings with excellent vibration damping and dimensional stability
