PSG Series CNC Grinding Machine with 0.001mm Minimum Feed Rate T-Shaped Bed Design and Three-Axis Servo Motor Control

The PSG series machine tool features a T-shaped bed design with the entire grinding travel supported by the base, ensuring precision grinding for large and heavy workpieces. The series is equipped with a CNC grinding system featuring three-axis servo motor control with a minimum feed rate of 0.001mm.

The three-axis servo drive enables three-axis linkage functionality, allowing for three-dimensional forming grinding through CNC programming. This capability facilitates precise processing of complex workpieces including planes, curved surfaces, and arc surfaces.

Machine castings are constructed from HT300 high-grade material and undergo vibration stress relief and secondary tempering processes to eliminate internal stress. These features provide high strength, strong resistance to deformation, and excellent shock absorption capacity, ensuring long-term stable precision.
