The PSG/C series machine tool features a T-shaped bed and moving column design, equipped with SP-level ultra-precision linear guides as standard. It delivers full-travel grinding accuracy within 0.008mm and comes standard with a grinding machine numerical control system.
The three-axis servo drive provides three-axis linkage functionality with a minimum feed rate of 0.001mm, enabling three-dimensional forming grinding for complex workpieces including planes, curved surfaces, and arc surfaces.
The fully enclosed sheet metal structure with internal protection offers both high-end aesthetics and functional benefits. An integrated oil mist collection system improves the working environment while meeting environmental protection requirements.
Machine castings utilize HT300 high-grade material with vibration stress relief and secondary tempering processes to eliminate internal stress. This ensures high strength, deformation resistance, and excellent shock absorption capacity for long-term precision stability.
