The machine bed is made of HT300 cast iron as an integral casting. It undergoes vibration aging followed by secondary tempering to relieve internal stress, delivering excellent dimensional stability and durability.

Casting Material. Machine bed is constructed with HT300 grade cast iron as a monolithic casting, processed through vibration aging and double tempering treatments to eliminate residual stresses. This ensures exceptional dimensional stability and long-term durability, guaranteeing consistent machining accuracy during extended operation.

Bed Structure. The machine features a rigid monolithic bed with a low-center-of-gravity design. Its wide flat bed and 45° inclined saddle optimize chip removal, while ensuring superior tool symmetry during cutting. This minimizes lateral tool deflection, prolonging tool life and improving precision.
