XT06 Turret Lathe Launched: High-Performance Configuration Empowers Precision Machining, Adapting to Diverse Production Needs

As a professional CNC lathe manufacturer, we are proud to launch the XT06 turret lathe today. This equipment adopts a 45° integral bed design, optimized through widened, weighted and low-center-of-gravity layout. Combined with high-quality HT300 castings, the total weight of the machine is about 3 tons, laying a solid foundation for stable and efficient processing.

The equipment is equipped with a fully enclosed stainless steel protection structure, which can effectively prevent oil and water leakage, protect internal precision components, extend the service life of the equipment, and maintain a clean and standardized workshop environment. In terms of core configuration, it adopts a Taiwan A2-6 spindle unit to ensure stability and reliability during high-speed operation; the maximum swing diameter is 600mm, the maximum processing diameter is 460mm, the X-axis stroke is 560mm, the Z-axis stroke is 450mm, with standard X-axis 35 and Z-axis 45 configurations. In addition, it is equipped with P-grade precision roller linear guides to provide excellent processing rigidity; both axes are equipped with C3-grade high-precision ground large ball screws with 40mm diameter, further improving motion accuracy and processing stability.

The XT06 turret lathe is equipped with a 380mm diameter 8-station servo turret, which enables fast and accurate tool changing, adapting to the needs of multi-process continuous processing. For the personalized production scenarios of different customers, the equipment can also be equipped with larger-sized tool discs according to requirements, flexibly meeting the processing requirements of various complex workpieces and providing customers with more targeted processing solutions.
