As a professional CNC lathe manufacturer, we are proud to launch the XT06 turret lathe. It adopts a 45° integral bed with widened, weighted and low-center-of-gravity structure, made of one-piece HT300 cast iron, weighing about 3 tons. The bed is integrated with high-efficiency reinforcing ribs, and after optimization by Finite Element Method (FEM), its mechanical strength is increased by 30% compared with traditional designs, featuring excellent shock absorption and damping performance with extremely low deformation. The low-center-of-gravity combined with 45˚ saddle design provides stable and reliable support for the spindle head, turret and tailstock.
The 45° slant bed design boasts four core advantages: higher machining precision, stronger machine rigidity, convenient and smooth chip removal, and significantly extended tool life. All key contact surfaces of the equipment adopt hand-scraping technology, equipped with high-precision ground C3 grade ball screws (full preload design), P4 grade high-precision screw bearings, and matched with high-grade linear guides (optional manual roller type). In terms of protection, it adopts a fully enclosed stainless steel structure to effectively prevent dust and leakage; the core power is equipped with a Taiwanese A2-6 spindle unit, with impressive key technical parameters: maximum swing diameter 600mm, maximum machining diameter 460mm, X/Z axis strokes 560mm/450mm respectively, and standard P-grade precision roller linear guides.
In terms of turret configuration, the equipment is equipped with a 380mm-diameter 8-station servo turret, enabling fast, accurate and efficient tool changing with quick response. Larger-sized tool discs can be customized according to customers' individual needs, flexibly adapting to complex workpiece processing, making it an ideal choice for heavy cutting and high-precision machining scenarios.
